Lora Hates Spam

Well it's done. I've just deleted my old account. I'm about to check to make sure the reviews disappeared from the pages where they were showing double.

To answer an outstanding question from a thread on that account, "Is the name on the new account a temporary one while this account still exists or are you going to keep it?"

I haven't looked to see how easy it is to change an account name. Since the name is used in the blog address, it's probably not worth the trouble if it's even possible. Maybe the spammers will take a hint.

In theory, everyone who follows and interacts with me will have found me from my previous posts and followings and if there are any I missed, we have enough mutual friends that it wouldn't be hard. Let's not make it easy for any spammers following other accounts.

So, this is my only account now. It is currently spammer free. Hopefully it will stay that way.
